Step 1: Preparation
Choose big, mature, and healthy seeds for better germination and strong plants. You can also buy seeds from trusted stores.
Step 2: Sowing
Use loose soil mixed with coconut coir or organic compost.
Soak seeds in warm water for about 4 hours, then wrap in a moist cloth until they sprout.
Plant 1 seed per hole, cover lightly with soil, and water gently.
Keep in a cool, shaded place and maintain moisture. Seedlings appear after about 5 days.
Step 3: Make a trellis
After about 2 weeks, plants grow taller. Provide a trellis (wood or wire, ~2m high) for climbing.
